The McKean County Collaborative Board is a community-improvement partnership comprised of parents, citizens, elected officials, and representatives from the health, business, human service, faith-based and education sectors. It was established in 1996 with the goal of improving McKean County child and family well-being.  Board members work together to:

              - coordinate services for families
              - engage citizens in community improvements
              - identify local needs and strategies to address those needs
              - maximize public and private funding for Board sponsored projects

Meetings of the Collaborative Board are held at least six times a year and last for two hours in the large conference room of the IU#9 Building, 119 Mechanic Street, Smethport, Pennsylvania. Look below for the dates and times of the upcoming meetings.
