Elder abuse/neglect consists of physical abuse, emotional abuse, self-neglect, caregiver neglect, financial exploitation, sexual abuse or other mistreatment of the elderly. There are no financial eligibility requirements for the Options and Family Caregiver Support Program base services, however, consumers may be required to make a co-payment for services based on income.
