The PEAL Center is the Parent Training and Information (PTI) Center for Region 2 in Pennsylvania whose mission is to ensure that children, youth and adults with disabilities and special health care needs lead rich, active lives and participate a full members of their schools and communities. The Family to Family Health Information Center at PEAL offers informational workshops on health care and staff is available for technical assistance to families on issues including insurance, waivers, and transition to adult life. Parent Leadership Institutes for parent leaders are also offered to help increase their effectiveness on boards, committees and in the community.
